Nippon Paint 8200 Premium Interior Sealer is the ultimate interior wall primer designed to create a flawless, professional base for your home. Technical Data

• Drying Time (Touch Dry): 15 minutes (dependent on temperature and humidity).

• Drying Time (Hard Dry): 1 hour (dependent on temperature and humidity).

• Recoating Time: Minimum 2 hours.

• Theoretical Coverage: 8 – 10 m² per litre per coat.

• Dry Film Thickness: Approximately 30 μm per coat.

• Application Method: Brush or Roller.

• Thinning: Dilute with maximum 5% water (undiluted is preferred for the best high-build performance).

Application System

1. Sealer/Primer (1 Coat): 8200 Premium Interior Sealer.

2. Topcoat (2 Coats): Nippon Paint Interior Products (e.g., Spot-less Plus, Odour-less AirCare, or Vinilex Fresh).

Surface Preparation

• Moisture Content: Must be below 16% (measured by protimeter).

• Alkalinity: pH level must be below 9.
  
  Surface Condition: Walls must be clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or loose, flaky paint. Repair cracks or unevenness with a suitable filler (like EasySKIM 5000) before priming.
